Well appointed renovated room. Was clean and bed very confortable. Large flat screen TV. Microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. Bathroom a little small but shower had plenty of hot water and great shower head pressure. Staff seem very pleasant. Breakfast very good for hotel free breakfast. Renovations were being done on 1st floor but crew did not start until after 10:00 . Check out was at noon. Looking forward to next stay.

They hide the fact they are under construction

This hotel conceals the fact that it is under construction. DO NOT STAY HERE. I have stayed at this hotel every year for about 10 years when I visit Atlanta for the holidays. Absolutely never again. I requested a quiet room and was put in a room right behind the elevators. Every time the elevators moved or the doors opened, which is constant in the mornings, I'd hear a loud, dull hum. It was actually loud enough to wake me up, and I was exhausted from the 9 hour drive to Atlanta and arriving at 2 AM. I went to the front desk and requested a room change, and the woman obliged. The next morning I was awakened just before 9 AM to what sounded like several people simultaneously hammering (listen to the video). Unbeknownst to me, the floor below me was under renovation. On top of that, the cleaning staff were blasting music right outside my door. I immediately went down to the front desk and requested another room change, but this time I was met with extreme hostility and told by the same woman who helped me the day before that there was nowhere to move me to. I pointed out the 'Hampton Guarantee' (or whatever it's called) proudly displayed on the counter and was told it doesn't apply to the noise from construction. So basically, the Hampton Inn makes no guarantee that you will be able to quietly enjoy your room or even sleep. I went back upstairs and called the general Hilton Guest Services number and was informed that their hotels are required to post an "under construction" notice on their homepage. I immediately checked the Hampton Inn Atlanta-Northlake website and there was nothing posted (see photos). I asked the guest services agent what could be done for me since I'd now gone two days with interrupted sleep, and the rude, condescending woman on the line essentially told me 'tough luck.' I hung up and immediately booked another nearby hotel. When I went to check out, the woman at the front desk disputed that they are required to post an under construction notice. I asked how anyone was supposed to know they are under construction to avoid being woken up at 9 AM every day, and she just became angry again when she did not have an answer. I've never seen such garbage service from a hotel, both from the front desk and guest services. Hilton Honors is meaningless BS along with any of their satisfaction guarantees. I will go out of my way to never stay at another Hilton property again, ever.

This hotel does not dust the rooms or vacuum behind the bed which leads me to believe they probably don’t change the bedding bedding so just nasty. This was a bad experience and you should not have to worry that your bedding was changed or not.

This hotel is all about a lack of hospitality read the bad reviews. The excuses never end . Don’t waste your money or your time !! They will only remember you when you complain!!! So you don’t come back!!! Noisy elevators old outdated etc door sticks etc dirty air filer glue patches of carpet over 10 yrs old in and in and in,,,,,

The room was great and the breakfast was good but the food area is small and overcrowded where it’s very difficult to get any food. One waffle maker was always packed out with a constant line so gave up on that. In the morning the housekeeping group clogs the hallway making it difficult and dangerous to get through and they are constantly gossiping loudly which makes it impossible to rest in the rooms. Plenty of parking and lots of restaurants close by.
